Stay in Bath launch

The social media team have had a great time partying in Bath with our latest client, as part of a launch event for their new website. We are proud to be working with Stay in Bath, the new website being run by the Bath Independent Guesthouse Association (BIGHA). For the past couple of weeks, our team have been working on setting up Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts for Stay in Bath and will now work on maintaining both these social platforms and their new website.

BIGHA celebrated the launch of their new website by hosting a party at Komedia in Bath yesterday, where the team got to meet everyone they’ll be working with as well as sampling some of Bath’s greatest food and drink exports!

It was also the first team outing for our new apprentice, Kerrera, who recently joined the web team and will be working on the tourism side of the web and social media business.

The event was a huge success and it was wonderful getting to see how well iSndependent businesses are doing in Bath! The team loved the chance to get to know all the guesthouse owners and to find out more about their own social media strategies, as well as having the opportunity to meet the website developers and many of the local business owners that are associate members of Stay in Bath.

The event was attended by Bath’s MP, Wera Hobhouse, as well as speakers from Visit Bath and other organisations. Plus attendees got to sample Bath Botanical’s gin and Sally Lunn’s Bath Buns and a fantastic locally made cake!
